Refrigerated/Heating Circulators for cook and chill in one unit
In addition to the heating function, the Refrigerated/Heating Circulators provide an integrated refrigeration unit for cooling food. This allows Cook & Chill with une unit. A drain tap is included for easy emptying. Handles or castors (on F38-EH) allow for easy relocation. The internal bath has a filling volume of 20, 26 or 45 liters (5.3, 6.9 or 11.9 gallons). With bath lid.
